Increase enrichment provision - staffing and budget and way it is structured (timetabled slots?)

Budget for travel, clothes, projects. More WEX staff (250-200 students per officer. and Staff roles divided between employer engagaenent and student engagaement/workshop project delivery.

Increase joined up working, where teams connect and overlap so that it becomes seamless for the student.
