Last year, when I was in 9th grade, I had the opportunity to travel to Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta is a city famous for its beautiful city. There we travel while learning about the natural beauty and the remaining relics there. Many tourist attraction are Dutchheritage.

On the first day, my friends and I went to Mount Merapi in Yogyakarta. Starting with the preparation of riding a jeep wearing helmets. After riding the jeep, we continued the journey to the alien stone place, there the view of Mount Merapi is very beautiful and there are many stones that are the remains of the eruption of Mount Merapi, there is also one stone that resembles an alien face. After that, we headed to the next place, namely "The Remains of Mbah Moridyan's Property". There are many items and animals that were abandoned due to the terrible eruption of Mount Merapi in the past.

The next tourist destination is to ride a jeep and head to the river with a happy and joyful feeling. In the river we rode a jeep until the jeep entered the river. After getting tired of walking around we took a shower and had lunch. After lunch and resting we continued our journey to the nearest souvenir shop, there are lots of typical Yogyakarta souvenirs that are affordable because that is where they are made. After buying lots of souvenirs, we went straight to Malioboro to take pictures, don't forget to visit the Vall de Brug Fort.

Overall, my trip to Yogyakarta was an amazing experience. I saw many beautiful places, delicious local food, and learned a lot about Yogyakarta culture. I hope to visit Yogyakarta again someday.

Good morning everyone, today I want to tell you about the most enjoyable experience when I was in junior high school.

So when I first entered junior high school or was still in the introduction period to the new school environment, an arts performance was held. I asked my classmates whether we were planning to perform together or just as representatives, but they didn't seem to care. Coincidentally, I had advantages in non-academic fields, and I ended up appearing in the art performance representing my class.

I performed a K-pop dance at that time, at first I was afraid of being judged by people, especially seniors. But it turned out they were all very happy to see me and appreciated my efforts.

That's what made me start to enjoy myself and grow my self-confidence and I started to hone my talent.

But at that time I did not participate in the activity because there was a family event in Bali. When we were about to leave for Bali, my whole family was very busy taking care of our departure. When we arrived at the airport we were waiting for our plane, at that time the conditions were very crowded and there was a small child who was missing. When we arrived in Bali we continued our journey to the hotel to put our things and rest. At night I was contacted by one of my friends who was on a study tour to Jogja. He told me what they were doing there and I also told them. It felt sad because I couldn't join them. But when the holiday was over and the study tour was over, we exchanged souvenirs and I received a lot of gifts. Even though we couldn't go on vacation together, we were able to share stories.

It was located on a hill with a beautiful view of the city below.

When we arrived, the weather was cool and fresh. Many people were already there, waiting for their turn to fly. My family and I enjoyed watching the paragliders fly high in the sky. It looked so exciting and a little scary.

We took a lot of pictures and walked around to enjoy the scenery. My brother even tried paragliding with an instructor. He said it was an amazing experience. I didn’t try it, but I still had a lot of fun.

Before going home, we bought some snacks and souvenirs. It was a wonderful day and a great memory for our family.

during the 9th grade junior high school graduation holiday, my family planned to go on vacation to Watu Karung beach in Pacitan at that time we left using our private car and brought quite a lot of stuff, my family did not think that the journey to the beach was quite far after arriving in Pacitan, my family went the wrong way 3 times because we asked for help from Google Maps but it still didn't work, finally we asked the local residents, it turned out that the place had to go through a mountain and the road access to the place was so extreme because there were many extreme and high slopes. During the trip, we felt worried and anxious and interspersed with prayers, several times our car couldn't go uphill, fortunately the local residents came along and helped and when in the middle of the trip our car ran out of gas, fortunately there were local residents who were selling it even though the price was quite expensive than usual because we bought gasoline retail after passing through quite extreme slopes and descents, we finally arrived at the beach, we spent the night for 4 days and 3 nights, our anxious feelings were cured because of the beauty of the beach that had no human intervention and still felt pristine, we got to know several tourists there and local residents The most exciting thing was enjoying dinner with tourists on the balcony of the place where we stayed, the funny moment was when we were socializing, it turned out that we didn't understand each other's language.

Richardo Filo A.K/27

When I was in 8th grade of junior high school, my school held a study tour to yogyakarta. In a short time the long-awaited day has arrived, on november 4, 2022 my school went on a study tour to yogyakarta.

when I arrived there I visited Taman Pintar, there I got a new experience and there I saw and felt something that I had never felt before. I was very happy, because I got a new experience.

there is also one thing that I don't like when I'm on a study tour to yogyakarta, I get motion sickness, when I go home and go I feel nauseous, because I don't like riding buses or cars. so I can't enjoy the trip home or going to yogyakarta, when I travel long distances I prefer to ride a motorbike because besides being fast I can also feel the gentle breeze

When I was in 9th grade, our school held a study tour to Yogyakarta. We were all very excited because it was the most awaited trip. Early in the morning, we gathered at school, bringing our bags, packed meals, and of course, a lot of enthusiasm.

Our first destination was Prambanan Temple. When we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty and grandeur of the historic temple. We were accompanied by a tour guide who told us the story of Roro Jonggrang, and we took notes while occasionally laughing because a friend next to us was secretly taking selfies.

After that, we continued our journey to the Yogyakarta Palace (Keraton). There, we learned about the culture and history of the Yogyakarta Sultanate. We saw various heirlooms, paintings, and traditional clothing that made us appreciate the richness of our national heritage even more.

The most exciting part was when we stayed overnight and held a bonding night at a guesthouse near Kaliurang. There were fun games, gift exchanges, and even a heart-to-heart session with our teachers. That night felt so warm, and it brought us closer together.

We spent our last day at Malioboro, a place that’s always lively and full of color. We shopped for souvenirs, from Dagadu T-shirts to Bakpia Pathok. Of course, we took group photos under the "Jl. Malioboro" street sign as a memento.

The study tour to Yogyakarta didn’t just give us knowledge—it also strengthened our friendships and left sweet memories that we will carry with us forever.

My Holiday in Batu, Malang

Last year during the school holiday, my family and I decided to go on a vacation to Batu, Malang. We had planned this trip for weeks, and I was so excited because I had never been to Batu before. Early in the morning, we packed our bags and left home around 5 a.m. The journey from Madiun to Batu took about three hours by car.

When we arrived in Batu, the air felt so cool and fresh. It was very different from the hot weather in our city. Our first stop was Jatim Park 2, which includes Batu Secret Zoo and Museum Satwa. I really enjoyed walking around the zoo. There were so many kinds of animals—tigers, giraffes, birds, reptiles, and many others. I even got a chance to feed some deer and rabbits. At the Museum Satwa, I saw amazing animal displays and skeletons. The museum was very educational and interesting.

After that, we checked in to a hotel not far from the city center. The hotel was cozy, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. In the evening, we went to Batu Night Spectacular (BNS). The lights there were stunning! There were lantern gardens, colorful decorations, and lots of rides. I tried the Ferris wheel and could see the whole city from above. We also tried some local snacks like roasted corn and warm drinks to keep us warm.

The next day, we visited a strawberry farm. This was one of my favorite parts of the trip. I had never picked strawberries before, so it was a new experience for me. The farmers gave us small baskets, and we could pick as many strawberries as we liked. I took a lot of photos with my family, and the strawberries we picked tasted very sweet.

Before heading home, we stopped by Alun-Alun Batu. There were many food stalls and people enjoying their day. I bought some souvenirs like keychains and T-shirts to remember our trip.

This holiday was really unforgettable for me. I not only had fun, but I also learned new things and spent quality time with my family. I hope I can visit Batu again someday, and maybe explore more places like Coban Rondo Waterfall or Museum Angkut.

FULL DAY ADVENTURE IN JOGJA WITH FRIENDS

Last semester break, I, along with four of my friends - Hasya, Tata, Divania, and Zabrina - decided to go on holiday together to Yogyakarta. Instead of taking the train, the five of us took a car from Madiun. We left very early in the morning, around 3 am, so we could enjoy Jogja all day without staying overnight.

The trip was quite exciting, the car was filled with snacks, our favorite playlist, and random conversations that made us laugh continuously. Around 8 am, we arrived in Jogja and headed straight to our first destination: Sonobudoyo Museum.

This museum is perfect for us, because we all happen to love history! We were really excited to see the collection of objects from the past, such as keris, wayang, and traditional musical instruments. We had the chance to take a short tour with a guide who explained the origins of each collection. We also made batik celup there.

After being satisfied with going around the museum and having lunch near the town square, we continued to the next destination: a beach in the Gunung Kidul area. We chose one of the beaches with a really beautiful view-white sand, high cliffs, and clear blue sea as far as the eye can see.

Upon arrival, we were all busy with our own things. Tata and Zabrina were busy taking pictures for their Instagram feed, Hasya and Divania were walking along the beach while having a serious chat but also laughing, and I was sitting relaxed on a large rock while enjoying the sound of the waves. We all agreed that the view that day was incredibly beautiful. The sun began to set slowly, its light reflecting on the surface of the sea-it felt so peaceful.

The day ended with a trip back to Madiun while discussing how exciting this short trip was. Although it was only a day, it felt full of stories and laughter. This vacation was truly a precious memory that we will never forget.

Memories of Study Tour to Semarang During Junior High School At that time

Memories of Study Tour to Semarang During Junior High School At that time, I was still in 9th grade of junior high school. I felt so happy when the homeroom teacher announced that we would be going on a study tour to Semarang. I immediately imagined an exciting trip with friends, riding the bus while joking around, and of course, taking pictures at historical places. On the morning of departure, we all gathered at school since dawn. Backpacks full of snacks, cellphone cameras ready in hand, and overflowing with enthusiasm. The bus took us to our first destination: Lawang Sewu. The building is old and elegant, full of historical stories and mystical nuances. We had time to take pictures in the famous stained glass corridors—some went into the basement, some only dared to peek from the stairs. After that, we continued to Sam Poo Kong, a magnificent temple with a striking red color. We listened to the tour guide's explanation about Admiral Cheng Ho, while enjoying the cool afternoon air. Many of us rented traditional Chinese costumes to take pictures, the result? Funny and unique! That night, we stayed at a hotel. It wasn't sleep that we did, but the main card, chatting until late, some even pranked their roommates. The next morning, we went to Kota Lama, exploring old European-style buildings, then closed by visiting a famous souvenir shop in Semarang. The trip may have only been two days, but the memories felt like a lifetime. We returned home with tired faces, but hearts full of stories.

Harmony in Sidoarjo, An Unforgettable Vacation

NAMA : ANGGITA RACHELIA G

KELAS : XD

NO ABSEN : 4

Last Sunday was one of the moments I will never forget. I decided to spend my short vacation in Sidoarjo, the city where my sister lives. My sister, who is a singer in a cafe, invited me to experience how exciting her work world is. Initially, I only intended to have a relaxing vacation, but it turned out that this vacation turned into a very memorable experience.

Upon arrival in Sidoarjo, I was greeted with the typical hospitality of this city. The first day, we spent time exploring several tourist attractions, such as the Lapindo Mud which is a unique icon, as well as a history lesson for us. Then we stopped by Alun-Alun Sidoarjo, a place full of delicious snacks, from lontong kupang to young coconut ice

However, the most thrilling moment happened on the second night of my vacation. My sister got a turn to perform at a cozy cafe located in the middle of the city. She invited me to join her, not only as an audience, but also to try singing with her. I was hesitant, because even though I like singing, this was my first time performing in front of people I didn't know. When we arrived at the cafe, the atmosphere was very cozy. The dim lights and acoustic music made the place so lively, but still relaxed. My sister started with the opening song, and after a few songs, she introduced me to the audience. My heart beat faster as I went up to the small stage. With my sister playing the guitar, I sang our favorite song, "rumah" by salma salsabil.

Unexpectedly, the audience seemed to enjoy my performance. Some of them even sang along. After finishing, they clapped, making me feel incredibly happy and relieved. My brother said that I did well, even a visitor approached us and said that our voices blended very harmoniously. The night ended with a feeling of pride and satisfaction. I felt that I had surpassed my own limits and gained a new, invaluable experience. This holiday to Sidoarjo was not only about the places I visited, but also about the courage to try something new and share precious moments with the people I love.
