Providing physical monitoring may be effiective due to the prevention in human error , where people would not forget to log out of an important system.

Also , there are many softwares that protects personal information. I think it is not a bad choice to invest in such softwares. However , it may be a scam that you see online. Therefore researches on protective softwares are necessary.

Government can also hire experts specialise in cyber security that are talented and trained to strengthen cyber security.
