In an article it states, ¨Shoot First laws, also known as Stand Your Ground laws, give people a license to kill¨. A lot of violence acts are people taking advantage of having that law. In the article it says, Shoot First laws are inherently dangerous because they change the nature of gun violence in a state by encouraging escalations of violence and, according to research, do nothing to deter overall crime.¨
This law can also raise the rate of violent crime in the community. 
Having this law causes people to just take action anytime and half of that time people take it further, with that being said another con about this law is that it can lead to an increase in homicide.

I haven´t seen as much pro to this law then con. Protest against this law happens they say its a ¨kill at will¨. Therefore I feel as if it is not a safe law  because it can be taken out of advantage to what i've seen.
