         <description><![CDATA[<p>People argued over how much punishment was too much.  They also talked about the hours of work that they had to go through.  These disagreements were commonly between the north and the south because the north though t it was bad and that they didn't deserve it, but the south needed them to do their work for them.</p>]]></description>
