After two months of working here, I see that I need some improvement in key areas. 

So to get better results at work, I see that I need to take a course in negotiation skills, so I can be more convincing and productive to clients.

I saw a course online about this topic. It costs 300 USD for 12 days, and another face-to-face course for 10 days. It costs 500 USD. I see that it will help me a lot with my work, and this course will help me to develop my skill more and get more batter results for the organization.
