         <description><![CDATA[<div>Agree: I think that by dividing people into separate facilities on the basis of race, those who enforce this segregation are admitting that they think one race is too inferior and unworthy of the same treatment and privileges that others enjoy. Segregating public spaces means that both groups are treated differently based on their race, meaning that the conditions of these facilities correspond to how they are perceived (in terms of social status). </div>]]></description>

However, when one party involved in separation is determining it, that makes it inherently unequal. Also, when the dominant party makes the other party's separate systems worse than theirs (for example, being kicked out of first-class seating), it makes the system unequal.</div>]]></description>
