It's when someone of any gender gives oral sex (uses their mouth) on a penis. Girls also can receive oral sex if they want to, but it's not called a blow job. It can be called "going down on" her. Basically oral sex is sexual pleasure given to another by using one's month. As mentioned in the video, the person giving and receiving must be willing and feeling comfortable. If you aren't enjoying what someone is doing to you or what you are doing to someone, what's the point? Communicate that you aren't happy and get out of the situation if that doesn't work out.

and this is how an STI can be spread. However when it comes to STIs that show up on the skin, a condom can only protect the area that it covers ... thus skin to skin contact can spread infection. This is why it's best to not engage in sexual activity if someone has a "flare up" of an STI.
