综上所述，我认为幼儿的“有目的的玩”是一种通过精心设计和准备的引导类的游戏活动，旨在促进幼儿的全面发展，包括但不限于认知、情感、社交和身体等各方面的发展，各种游戏活动不仅让幼儿享受乐趣，还能在玩耍中学习，从而为未来的学习和生活奠定基础。

Child directed play is when children initiate and direct their own play and teacher just promotes play by providing time, space and resources.

Child-and-teacher directed play is both teacher and children co-direct the play together with teacher as the facilitator. Children initiated the play but teacher extends play through questions, prompts and play along with the children.

Teacher directed play is whereby teacher as the planner planning activities for the children. Teacher will be setting the learning objectives, selecting relevant resources, setting up the environment and facilitating children during the purposeful play.

Purposeful play allows children to explore and discover their learning at their own pace and having fun at the time. It also helps to build up children's communication and social skills.
