What ideas and suggestions do you have for sharing this information/resources with your teams? Timing, synch/asynch, updates etc.

Agree with the WHY - this is absolutely true; those excelling as mastery teachers often have very limited opportunities. And, if they aren't encouraged to grow - there's a chance that they decline. I wonder if there is any research on this that we could add as a hot link.

# of Years to SI or involved with AVID

I wonder if including either how long the quoted educators have been involved with SI would help set context about who is an advanced AVID educator.

Question: Do the requirements or guidelines truly result in the selected teacher being "Advanced" which is listed in the "Why" section? I read the factors as more focused on time in a role versus advanced.

For the Section "Who will you recommend" - consider adding "Department/Grade Level Leaders". For example: Teachers who are natural leaders, Department/Grade Level Leaders and mentors to their peers

It might be helpful to have a page of key talking points for ISs (at one point there was Comms had a resource they called "battle cards" that was a one-pager or smaller to address common questions and key talking points as a real-time resource.
