My office is quite small but very neat and fully equipped. There is a desk in the room, a swivel chair, a computer, a printer, a bookshelf, a document cabinet, and a green plant. The computer is placed on the desk for me to work, write reports, and send emails. The printer is next to the desk and is used to print necessary documents. The bookshelf and document cabinet are placed close to the wall and are used to store books and records. A plant is placed near the window, making the air fresher and more comfortable. Of all the items, i like the computer the most because it helps me work quickly and effectively every day. It supports me a lot in my accounting career, a job that requires accurate calculations and a lot of data processing

During my time working at the office, I encountered a rather serious problem. The problem is that my computer was suddenly broken and could not boot. This incident occurred on the first morning of the week, just as I needed to complete an important report to send to the superiors. This has greatly affected the job because I cannot handle documents, nor can I send emails on time. Shortly thereafter, I informed the technical department to check and borrowed temporarily from a colleague's computer to continue working. Thanks to that, I still promptly completed my work but took more time than expected. From this incident, I draw lessons that I have to regularly back up data, check equipment before use and should have a backup plan in unexpected situations.
