HELLO! My name is Klowi Samantha Guinit, i prefer to be called, sam. I have a dog and he is the sweetest! I love watching The Big Bang Theory because i have learned so many things from this sitcom. I love listening to LANY while i'm studying, i am actually listening to them while i am doing this project! I love reading the "The five people you meet in heaven" because it made me realize so many things about the reality of life. According to my phone, my most used applications are tiktok, instagram, facebook, and netflix. I have 7,000+ followers on tiktok, but i dont post too much, i just love watching motivational videos, i also make sure to avoid negative videos from tiktok, unless it's informational. I am also a column writer/journalist, that's why i always make sure to get informations from reliable sources, and i always make sure that i am aware of the issues that are happening in local, national, and international.

In media, you cannot trust everyone or anyone, that's why you need to be meticulous when it comes to who you are trusting in media, and these media have taught me some things that i will be needing in my life. Tiktok is divided into two sides: positive and negative sides. I am lucky to be part of positive sides, because it helped me to become more motivated and be informed about important things.

I try to use media in a good way and the effect of it to me is good, because i know my limitations, although, there are times that i get distracted by media but overall i can say it's good, because it helped me to gain more knowledge and helped me to be entertained whenever im sad, and gave me some tips on what to do whenever im sad. I can say it's healthy, because i do not rely all my life in media, but i ask help in media on how to do good in life.
