Symptoms of gastrointestinal anthrax include: fever, chills, swelling of neck, sore throat, painful swallowing, hoarseness, nausea, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, headache, flushed face, red eyes, stomach pain, swelling stomach, or fainting.
