I'm curious about when the survey would be administered... if EOY would families recall the application process? Would that info be timely in advising the next year?

Can there be clarification on question 8 around community-based program vs. chilcare program? It may not be clear fro some families. Specially in translation.

For question 4, consider explaining what we mean by timeline, or even consider asking a question about whether when the lottery is open / pulled working for families. I know that this isn't up to RIDE, but perhaps data would help change the structures.

Part of question 13 makes sense, 2 way communication and maintaining relationship with child's teacher, but the last line "easy to reach feels tricky". Families want immediate responses from teachers who are not responding until nap time during the day or are not responding nights and weekends. We work hard to get families to call the center instead of dojo if they need an immediate response.
