• conduct an assessment of the type and array of the level of engagement and communication preferences of the community to establish a baseline

• conduct an internal evaluation of existing infrastructure and practices to identify gaps in communication

Ongoing assessments:

• create ongoing assessments to review progress

• create internal standard for communication to ensure equitable access to information

Staff who are linguistically competent including but not limited to individuals who are multilingual, people who do not use speech to communicate will participate in community engagement and outreach

work with a PR/marketing contractor to create an internal marketing team and external campaign strategy

CoP that is representative of the communities will review and validate the marketing strategy created by the PR/marketing contractor prior to implementation
