There were many thankful parents who wrote about the success they had when using the tips from the book. They included that not only did they notice their own children's changes but people around them started to notice and asked about how they achieved that. The authors discuss that their book and the tips given can help teenagers or older children as well, and emphasize it is never too late to start. It was not only parents who wrote in, but some children even wrote in explaining that it helped them through their trauma from their parents. They also had teachers write in to discuss how it helped them in their classroom as well as classroom management. 
Yes, but...What if...How about...? 
In this chapter they discuss how not all feedback was positive. They got letters from parents who said it did not work for them or it did not go into enough detail to help them in certain situations. For example when it came to the topic of giving children two choices one mom gave her son two choices but he chose the choice she did not want him to choose.
