         <description><![CDATA[For instance, self-management skills are essential for young learners to acquire as they contribute to their exhibition. They need to be able to organise themselves as well as collaborating with others.

Another example is communication skills. This is important forwhen students are interacting with others, they must be able to compromise, listen to others ideas and contribute in order to create a positive working environment. When someone has good communication skills, they are able to collaborate with others more effectively. ]]></description>
