Culture
- the differing social environments people are apart of that influence who they are as a person, inside and out. (8/22)
- The origin of a persons character based off their race, ethnicity, lifestyle and traditions that represent who they are. The activities and ideas this group has evolve through time based off their new or old values (8/29)
- The certain way/or beliefs of a specific group based on their ethnic, racial, societal, and/or communal backgrounds. (9/3)

Ethnicity
-The origin of a group of people that one is born into. (8/29)
-an individuals origins they inherit from their ancestors throughout time. Ethnicity can highly influence culture(11/19)

Equity
- Equality by bringing individuals what they need based off their specific needs(9/3)
-creating fairness among a group by providing specific needs to an individual or group (11/14)

Social class
-the way a group is ranked within their community, normally relating to income(9/3)
-the was economics divide a social groups and create boundaries between affluence (11/14)

Gender
-the identity one has based of a range of masculinity and femininity(9/3)
-the classification of ones identity focusing primarily on their level of feminity and masculinaty characteristics they emotionally feel attached to(11/14)

Sexual Orientation
-the way to classify how ones loves another based off of gender(9/3)
-the physical attraction and affection one has towards another regardless of gender and sex (11/19)

Social Justice
-rights and equality among the people in a society (9/17)
-finding equity between people of different groups based on privilege, wealth, identity and opportunity (10/29)

Race
-The physical color of one's skin. (9/17)(10/29)

Racism
-A form of discrimination due to the color of someone's skin color. (9/17)
-physical characteristics between people that divide them into certain socially constructed categories. These characteristics include but are not limited to skin color, facial structure, body and hair type. (11/14)

Institutional racism
-A form of discrimination that takes place in within a business/school/ or any other institution.  Occurs as a way to benefit a group of people who are socially higher ranked within institutions.(9/17)
-discrimination that occurs on a social level having to do with businesses, political parties, and school districts (11/14)

Systemic racism
-the process and sterotyping of individuals based off of their race(9/17)
-The practice of racism due to persistant repetative issues that continue to arise (11/19)

Diversity 
- the accumunlation of individuals with different characteristics all together in one group (9/17)
