My favorite book is "The Honest Truth" by Dan Gemeinhart.

This is my favorite book because it is about a boy who has cancer and has a dream about climbing a mountain. Even though he has cancer he doesn't let that stop his dream. I like it because he works hard to achieve his goal even though he has challenges ahead of him. Also, I really like dogs and the boy takes his dog on the adventure. During the adventure the dog helps him and saves his life several of times. It shows how great dogs can be.

These make me want to keep reading. It's all my favorite genres of book as well, and the story is just written really well. This book is fantasy, action, adventure and a little mystery. This book is about a kid living a normal life but everything changes when he's attacked by a monster at his school (It's a monster from greek mythology).
