Think about professional learning opportunities you have experienced over the last three years. Please answer the following questions about the best & worst PD you attended: (1) For the worst PD session you can think of, what made it unsuccessful? What would you have changed or what advice would you give the presenter(s) to improve their delivery?, (2) For the best PD session you attended, what did you like about it? What made it a successful PD? What did the presenter(s) do that worked well?

Mindfulness

The best PD I attended was about taking care of ourselves as teachers and people. It was refreshing to focus on our experiences rather than discussing everyone else's needs. The presenter was honest and funny, which made the PD time more enjoyable.

The Worst PD (the PD that Shall Not be Named)

This was a horrible experience because we wasted our entire day participating in hypothetical situations and ridiculous activities that had no real impact or importance for what the PD was actually supposed to be focused on. I spent the time we were supposed to be participating working on 1:Web and grading
