Among the customs of England is tea time.
Tea time is one of London's traditions, tea drinking is one of the oldest customs in London. Tea time has been a practice since 1660. However, since then, many things have changed although the tradition remains.
2. One of the traditions of England is to drive on the left.
In London, you drive on the left. At first, this confuses all newcomers. Likewise, in some other countries, people drive on the left (Australia, India, Japan and New Zealand)
3. Guy Fawkes Night is a unique tradition in England.
This is one of the most beautiful London traditions. Because, every November 5, the sky of the United Kingdom is filled with gunpowder and fireworks. The English are accustomed to light bonfires to burn a figure.
4. English pubs, a cool custom in London.
Visiting a pub is one of London's traditions. Every visitor cannot leave the country without having had one or more beers. There are pubs in England for all tastes and budgets, some are more modern and others more traditional.
5. England's most eagerly awaited tradition, Boxing Day
Boxing Day is one of the oldest traditions and customs in London. Its origin dates back to Victorian times. However, it is a national holiday that is still valid today and has a special meaning. It was inaugurated on January 10, 1863 and today it has more than 382 stations and more than 402 kilometers of train tracks. Contrary to what you might think, more than half of its lines pass through the surface. In addition, another curious fact is that since its opening, three children have been born in its wagons: one in 1924, another in 2008 and another in 2009. Incredible, don't you think?
