         <description><![CDATA[<p>When I find myself having a hard time falling asleep, I tend to put the TV on and place nature sounds with rain and thunder in it to help me knock out. I suffer from mixed insomnia and I find it relaxing to have noise in the background. Maybe this will help for my fellow insomniac peers that need a little "white noise" to help fall asleep.  </p>]]></description>
