The first one was a general "I don't know what to do with life after ESC, how to go back to "real" life without a direction". The solution we thought about is to identify the general direction of things you want to do, based on your core values and interests, and be open to new opportunities and ways.

The second category was thinking about a future job/career. In order to find that you also need to focus on your values and passions and explore that. Also, financial anxiety was common between the papers and for that there's not an actual solution, or at least not a universal one.

The third category was losing contact with the people you see everyday on the volunteering journey. For this, it's very valid to miss people you "lose" when you go back home and it's important to realise that. It's also important to prioritise keeping in touch as much as you can.
