         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Popular Sovereignty: Government is created by and subject to the will of the people. Which means the public is in charge of the government. <br>2. Limited Government: The public decides how much power the government has through voting <br>3. Seperation of Power: The government is separated into 3 branches which allows them to all focus on one job <br>4. Checks and Balances: In place to keep one branch of the government from becoming more powerful than the others <br>5. Judicial Review: Allows for the judicial branch to decide punishment for the government if they break a law. <br>6. Federalism: Splitting the power into a large group and a bunch of smaller groups. In The U.S.  that means state governments and a national government. </div>]]></description>
