1. explain the activity.
for this activity we made a power point about us. we put down our aims in life and some interesting facts about us.
2. how did it help me.
doing this task helped me in developing my communication skills as it pushed me out my comfort zone and gave me a chance to develop that skill
3. what went well.
i think i presented with a good clear voice and had a good level of communication with my assessor. 
4. what would i change. 
i would add more to my power point and make my presentation longer this would then allow me to work on my communication skills further as i would have to speak for a longer period of time.

Evidence 2- Enrolment 
1. for my induction week we had a full week of getting used to the new college routine and our new teachers and friends 
2. this helped as it helped me become more comfortable in my new environment and helped my first week feel easy.
3. this week went well as i got to know Laura which would be one of my teachers for my course. as well as this I met Luke who another teachers. 
4. i would change it so that we would meet more of our teachers and get to know them better before hand.

evidence 3 - job interview. 
when i went for my job interview i had to communicate with my general manager why i should be picked for the position. this tested my formal communication as i had to talk with good grammar and vocabulary 
2- how did it help me ?
it helped me because it was my first job interview and let me get a feel of how they might be in the future when i might need to have another one.
3-what went well ?
i managed to talk clearly with my employer and managed to explain why i should be chosen for the position i was applying for.
4 what i would change ?
i would not change how my interview went as it went rather well and i was successful in getting the job.

for this task we work in groups to construct a wheelbarrow out of construction pieces. the team with the best wheelbarrow would win.
2. What went well
the working in groups went well as all people within the group took part and put something towards the end product.
3.Whatdid not go well?
the wheelbarrows looked atrocious and did not remotely resemble wheelbarrows  in any way.
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
i would change the equipment used to make it easier and more accurate.
