I am a seeker of truth, and somehow on this quest it has led me to the golden brick road that is teaching. I know that it is a long road, filled with obstacles and various turns and loops. However, once I find the thing that I so desperately have been searching for then I will know what it means to be the ultimate teacher. I graduated from UC Riverside with a B.A. in Political Science in 2011 and I thought law would be the route. It wasn't. However, in late 2015 a miracle happened. I had just returned from Egypt and Nigeria with my wife and I was wondering what to do with my life. The only thing that was painfully obvious at the point was that I wanted to be of service and cultivate minds the way mine was. I went back to school to obtain my Post-Bacculereate in History at Cal State Fullerton in January of 2016. Since then, it has been a long journey and it has brought me now to my old university UC Riverside where I am currently student teaching at Citrus Hill High School.
