Hi David,

Tonight the Dutch Government has confirmed that lockdown in Holland will be extendended untill (at least) March 2nd.

Week prior March 2nd, measurements of the period after March 2nd Will be confirmed.

From next week onwards however it Will be allowed for ‘click & collect’ at stores. Click & Collect only from online and/or Phone orders and to be collected outside of the store with a given time frame to the customer to collect.

I Will check with Bote Tomorrow, but I am sure he will contact Cesar to discuss and allign on the Arena store regarding potential click&collect.

Although number of COVID cases are slightly coming down, and also pressure in hospitals is a bit better, main reason why lockdown remains in place, is the UK variant of the virus. 2/3 of all cases in Holland are now already the UK variant predicting already a possible 3rd wave.

All in All, fingers crossed for opening on the 3rd of March. Reflection on sales, stock and intake as a result of the extended closure will be processed within a RF-1.

With reference to the product transfer to another Perry Store , next week I expect having all detail to share with you.

The idea is to tranfer part of the winter perry product and analyse which products the shop requires to be provided with in order to reopen in a month.

The store is going to work the nexts months with low product density untill the situation becomes more normal and the sales increase a bit more.

I Hope everything is going on well.

Because we are going to continue closed until March 2nd, we are coordinating to transfer the stock to another Perry store. I guess (that) you are already informed about the situation. When I have all the details I will share them with you and the management team.

David Segarra has also told me that Click & Collet is allowed, I honestly have great doubts about this service in the Arena store, I think the location is not the most appropriate.

The situation in Iberia is complicated but a little better than there, with the stores that remain open plus the online, which is growing very strongly, we are in an average drop of 50%.
