         <description><![CDATA[<div>As you can see, in the first figure which is the direct effects hypothesis, there was no association between the predictor variables and the outcome variables. In the second figure which was the buffered effects hypothesis, it was clear that adolescent peer rejection predicted adult global life satisfaction and adult perceived relationship quality. For those who had little to no friends in adolescence, an increased amount of peer rejection portrayed lower global life satisfaction and lower perceived relationship quality  </div>]]></description>
