On the other hand, in a language learning classroom, being enjoyable while teaching a new information is a key process to attract learner's attention. So they can attend the exercises that the teacher will do in the class voluntarily. Especially, it can be very useful for young learners. So, in the future, I hope I will be a teacher who pays attention these features.

She talks about teachers who do not like children but continue teaching because they see it as just a job. These teachers cannot teach the information effectively to the child. Because, the children don't listen to people they do not like. On the other hand, this situation will also be more difficult for the teacher. I think it is torture for both the children and teacher. So, the teacher should be supportive and friendly and more importantly should make a connection with child. For example, even a child makes a lot of mistakes in a quiz, you should look him or her on the positive perspective. You should see the true answers instead of wrong answers. I mean the teacher should encourage every child even she likes or not.

Besides all these, she says that if the teacher is incorrect, she must apologize from the students and accept what she did. This situation surprize the child and can attract attention for the lesson maybe.

Lastly, she says if we make a relationship with the child, they do not afraid of taking risks, they can see that they can do better if they believe in themselves. Of course, this can only be with a help of a teacher.

And as we see, while we are watching movies or using many social media platforms, we use English mostly. So, many of the people are learning English to have a good job, or contact with other people from other parts of the world and so on. But this situation brings both opportunities and challenges.

One of the opportunities is the demand for English teachers. Because many people want to learn English for jobs, education and so on. That's why they take some help from the English teachers.

On the other hand, there are some challenges. One challenge is that English have varieties like British English or American English. So this may be confusing factor for the learners. They may not be able to know which English they will learn. But this is not a matter. Because language is a global language that they just learn for communication.

And lastly, other challenge is that learners give more importance to English rather then their native language. This brings the loss of identity and culture. So it should be balanced.

In this speech, I talked about native and non-native speakers in terms of teaching. People generally think that native speakers can teach a language much better. Employers hire native speakers accordingly. But I don't think this is a right attitude. Non-native speakers can also teach a language very well. Because being born in a language doesn't mean having the awareness of teaching that language well. In fact, I think non-native speakers can teach better because they know much better which subjects we will have difficulty with, which path we should follow. They are aware of the things that a teacher's identity should have. Therefore, we should abandon our belief that native speakers can teach better.
