1. I choose to do a recipe on teriyaki chicken. This is because the recipe is fairly simple and easy to follow along, and it comes put pretty well and looks nice and good to eat.
2. I think the purpose of this film is to try and express the beauty of cooking and how you can go to ingredients you would not eat alone and be able to combing them to something amazing. I believe that is something very good to capture on film. I'm excited about making this film because I can show off what I have learned since being in quarantine.
3. This video should make good points out of the ingredients, the actual cooking process and the end product.
4. At the end I want the audience to feel inspired to be able to do the same thing I did in the video. I think this can be done by stressing how simple it can really be.
5. If nothing else, I want the audience to be able to see the the simplicity of cooking and the magic of being able to cook.
6. In seperate box.
7. I would like the video to be around 1 minute long.
8. I do not have any concern about whether or not this project is feasible.

1. Make the sauce by whisking soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch together.
2. Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces so that it is easier for it to cook through and eat.
3. Heat oil in a skillet, then pour chicken into skillet and cook until the chicken is golden brown. This normally takes around 10-12 minutes.
4. Pour your sauce over the chicken and simmer for around 5-7 minutes in order to let the sauce thicken and let the chicken finish cooking.
5. Pour chicken over some rice or veggies (Whatever your preference) and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

This third week of Mobile Media was overall very good. I had a good idea of what to do and how to improve based on feedback and advice from our meet. I had an easier time constructing a shotlist and making the storyboard due to the experience from last week. I think Mr. Burr did a god job with this week, there were a sufficient amount of examples, and the week was organized very well. I think the most valuable thing that I learned from this week was that not every shot will be perfect. There were times where I had to redo some shots because it did not come out the way that I wanted. I think that I was able to get across the story of it being a relatively fast process pretty well. I also wanted to incorporate the fact that I had help from my family to make this. Overall, I would say that I am proud of the project, I think if my dish wasn’t so hard to make it would have turned out better. I think that some shots could have come out better, but I still think as a whole it came out pretty well.
