You are required to translate these principles into everyday on-the-job behaviours within your company.<br><br>You should:<br>Discuss the leadership principle. (Limit this to 5 mins max, you do NOT have to do them in order you can pick and choose which one you start with) Try not to end up <em>debating</em> the principle too much, this will defeat the purpose.<br><br>Identify how this principle can be applied to on the job decisions and behaviours. (Limit this to 10mins max) <em>Again think solutions not problems.</em><br><br>Write short sentences describing how these principles can be applied in your workplace (even stronger if you make then relevant to you and your job).<br><br>You may not be able to get through all five principles listed here BUT do try...<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
