         <description><![CDATA[<div>One day back in 1955, Rosa Parks was tired of segregation.  So one day when the bus was full and a white man got on Rosa Parks and other black people had to move . However ,when the bus driver made Rosa Parks move she refused to move for a white man. She was then arrested and fined but she still stood up against  segregation and changed history.          <description><![CDATA[<div>On December 1955  Rosa Parks(a seamstress at the time) she made an act that changed history. When Rosa Parks was on a bus and a white man came in and at the time, if a white man came in with no seat then the black person would have to move. The white man argued to Rosa but she didn't move. Eventually the driver had to come in and tell Rosa to move. She refused to go to the "Jim Crow" section. After a couple of stops a white man boarded the bus with all the seats obtained. The white man declared she stand and let him sit there. Rosa refused causing her to get fined and arrested. black people were inspired by this and would not get on a bus even if they had to walk 20 miles.<br>Rosa's boycott had a big effect on the U.S. and jim crow laws.</div>]]></description>
