One where they give more time or rest, have available help at all times, and have smaller classes.

one where the teacher can have a good relationship with the student

One where creativity is allowed, and making mistakes would be normal and nothing to be ashamed of it.

While schools like ours only has 6 or 7k per student. less required classes, less students per class, and more student driven classes leading to student being more individiual. schools should have less big exams and lower stress amongst students.
