The best way to get there is by 🚗 (Blablacar); it is shorter and cheaper, while the bus takes much longer. You wouldn’t spend a lot of money because most of the festivities take place in the streets.

The day of the cross is celebrated on 3 May in Granada every year in commemoration of the finding of the cross of jesus christ.

I really enjoy this festival because every year I meet up with all my family to eat paella and then we enjoy the day watching the decorated crosses around the city and villages.

It is a party that I highly recommend to celebrate because you can spend an incredible day with the whole family, creating memories that are totally unforgettable. We also don't have to travel anywhere as it is held in every village what is a very favourable thing.

So, in a nutshell I think that is a wonderful celebration that everyone should enjoy with all their family and friends.

Who doesn't love Christmas, right? The joyful ambience, all the christmas' songs wich always sound non-stop, all the gifts that we receive and gift and of course, the most important thing about Christmas, the family, the opportunity to see all of your loved ones.

To be honest, my joy and excitement about Christmas is an illusion. All began by listening "All I want for Christmas is you" non-stop only for bothering the person who sat next to me in the bus, but now, after listening to that song nearly two hundred times in a span of 2 months, i have to genuinely enjoy it and all the ambience that creates. and now I'm a fellow lover of Christmas.

We all now that Christmas needs no introductions, it's just you and your family, enjoying the excuse to be all together in a single day of the year, and then give allthe presents to the little-ones of the family. Usually celebrated in the biggest house of the whole family. And to get there, at least in my case, I always have to go in the car of my parents for at least 40 minutes because we live far away.

I always have a great time when I go, I go with my cousins, my brother and my friends.

During the fiestas in Almuñecar, I get ready in the morning for the daytime fair, which starts at 12am and is usually colourful, with glitter, a bikini... There is a DJ and it ends at 6pm and we go to the beach. In the evening the party continues at the night fair.

I have a great time because I sing, dance and laugh with my friends, but what I like the most is that every year I meet new people.

In Sabor Latino, We can't drink alcohol in that tent but you will bathed with water by the dj totote.

To enter in Sabor Latino you must to pay a entrance of ten euros, with one drink, cocacola, fanta, or things like that.

For arrive to corpus cristi in granada you need to take car or public transport, like tram.

the 20 and 26 of june in sweden theren is a holidsay called midsommar in which a large pole is decorated with flowers, leaves and bandages in blue and yellow, which is the color of the swedish flag. after that the pole is lifted and the people dance around the pole with traditional music.

In my opinion, the celebration is mid, the vast majority people are hipies and are crazy people when I was in the celebration I don't dance but near the pole are funny games for childreans and are shop of sweets.

It's a party that takes place the first weekend of October.

You have to go to the beach for to burn the bonfire that have been built during the days leading up to the celebration, with wood, cardboard and more materials. Also, you do rituals such us jump the waves of sea, swimming at midnight, you to sleep with three potatoes, is very funny!

I went with my group of friends and after partying we went to the beach to swim and refresh.

We went to a friend's house to prepare to keep partying at night to have more sodas and have a great time. The enviroment there is unbelievable because there is a lot of people from everywhere and you meet new people for sure! I went with my friends by our parent's cars and sateyd there until 1 am! The holidays are very special days for me because all of our friends get together to be together and they are very special days and we have a great time.

Those days we take the opportunity to do a lot of activities in the afternoon or to see the stalls that are there.

When we arrived everyone was dressed up in creative costumes and it was a fun afternoon having a good time. At night we went to the disco Momart and we came back at 6 am from Cadiz.

Personally, I recommended this type of festivals for several reasons. One of theme is atmosphere of people that came to the festival. All people loves music and there was so good! Also I love that only was young people. The festival was situated next to the beach and this was so good because it wasn't to warm.

The best way to get there is by taxi or uber, but if you don't want to pay for the route you can walk to the festival because the recint was at 15 minutes to the city.

The magna was held in honour of the 100th anniversary of the Virgen de las Angustias de Guadix, with a total of 14 brotherhoods in procession, in which I participated in the Virgen Dolores Coronada de Caniles. The procession lasted 8 hours.

The most imortant day is 14th when the Christ is taken out in procession through the town and he is worshipped with fireworks.

But for me the most beautiful moments is the 13th whend the nmen os town go to on altar to take down the Christ.

Well, you will know me as the best recreational player, and that's why I'm going to tell you where I was this summer. In July in Calahonda there was the first ever festival, which was called Onda Beach and featured singers like Nicky Nicole (although I don't like her, but that's the way it is). I had a great time anyway as I was with my friends enjoying myself and drinking.

For such a small town like Calahonda, it was a great novelty and it will be held for several years to come, I hope you come next year, and I hope to see you there my kids!

This year it started the 25 of may and finished the first of june.

In this celebration they put on a fair that is one of my favorites in Granada. I went with my friends several times to ride the attractions and although at first I was quite scared, but I got used to it and rode all the atracctions I could because I inda like adrenaline. I also went to a booth but not for long since the fair it is not close to my home and I had to return "early".

This is one of my favorite fairs since it is very big and has a great variety of activities.

I really enjoy this kind of things. Even more if Im with my friends.

What is your favourite atracction?

Is a festivity in honor of virgin de la Antigua.

In this festivity the municipality sets up tents during the day and concerts and more tents at night. Friday, Saturday and sunday, were the tents of the morning

This festivity is in Almuñecar, Granada on summer.

To go to the tents, you can go walking because is in the center of Almuñecar.

In my personal experience, this festivity is the best of the summer and the year, because you meet a lot of people.

For my, the morning tents are the best.

Will you ever go?

This year, it happened on November 2nd.

Many people from many cities travel to Seville, like us for example, to see this Virgin and spend te day in Seville, because this city is very beautiful, and has many things to visit, although in one day there is not time to see it all.

I went to Seville last weekend, because I really like this virgin and I also wanted to see what Holy Week was like in this city, because everyone highly values it. And I also spent the whole day with my friends and we visited everything we could in Seville. We went with a bus organized by a hermandad from Granada called Alhambra.

It was a very nice experience, although also very tired, we will return to Seville to continue visiting it. I recommend you go, although I'll stick with granada.

The best and cheaper way to go to a concert like this is by bus but there are a lot of different and shorter ways to go like blablacar.

I want to show you one of my favourite times of the year ‘El Rocío’, for those of you who don't know El Rocío is in May 50 days after Easter, where millions of people walk from their city to El Rocío to see the virgin. In this case Granada takes about a week and we go with carts, donkeys, horses... all very Spanish and Andalusian. When you arrive at the hermitage the virgin comes out at dawn and the people from Almonte are the ones who carry her. During those days the people have a great time and every night they go out on the porch to sing flamenco and dance and there is a great atmosphere. I recommend you to watch videos and even to visit the virgin sometime.I had a great time.

The festivitiy consist of a religious festivity which is celebrated in many countries or cities like granada or toledo.

But, the really main part for me is the party and the fair,where you can play a lot of games to win prizes, you can eat whatever you want and of course you can make as much friends as you want.

The fair which is located in north granada, you can go there by foot, bus or taxi because of the good location many people go there and its so crowde, the festivitie is celebrated in june which is really good because the students finish their scholar year.

I would like to explain you my experience going to Saiko's concert. I went with two friends and I enjoy it a lot. The concert was in Los Cármenes, Granada.

Saiko brought a lot of wonderfull artists like Lola Indigo, Pepe y Vizio, La mano de oro... And one of my favourite singer, J Balvin.

We arrived at 5 pm and we entered to the place.

It was an unforgettable moment in which y spent a really good time with my entire class and other friends from other high schools.

I want to talk about San Juan bonfires of Almuñecar, because I love this festivity.

This festival can be celebrated in many parts of Europe. It´s very funny!

This is a party where there is a bonfire. They usually are in the beach because it is darker.

I celebrated this festivity from the 20th to the 24th of June. I went with my friends and we throw objets and some papers to the bonfire, because those are witches. I really recomended this festivity.

I really enjoy this festivity because there is an amazing athmosphere there, you can go with your friends to the atracctions such as La ranita or La olla which are really fun and enterntaing. Also you can eat in different food stalls that are set around the place that have a lot of food like drinks, snaks etc. Apart from all of this activities, there is one that is absolutlely my favorite of all which is the DJ. At the end of the night a DJ comes to the party to put some music, this year the city hall hired a famous DJ which was fantastic. My friends and I spent all the night dancing and singing. It was amazing.

For the people who are interested in this festival, It is celebrated at the begging of September when the summer is finishing. In my opinion, I think that this a perfect date to celebrate this kind os festivity because is like you are celebrating the end of the summer and you are doing a farewell of the summer with your friends or family.

I would like to share with you one of the most incredible experiences I have never lived. I supposed that you already know Capricho, that is a party for the people how have finished ESO. Capricho is held in Granada around the month of June as it is summer and that is when we have finished the course.

There, we had a few drinks, danced and socialised a lot.

It was one of the best nights of my life and I admit that I had a great time with my classmates and other friends from other high schools, in addition, I met a lot of people with who I have gradually created a relationship of friendship.

The best way to get there is by car and at an early hour, although it starts at midnight, this is due to the traffic, as all the teenagers in Granada get together on the same night. Unfortunately this party is only supposed to be for students who have finished 4ESO as it is like a prize after finishing high school, so it is going to be a bit difficult to go again. Even so, I will try to go as there is also something in the same place in the bachillerato although it is not the same of course. I would really like to experience something like this again, as the experience was wonderful.

Did you go on a Capricho when you finished ESO or did you do something else, if you went, did you like it?

Our graduation at the Mariana Pineda school is celebrated on June 20 of this year at Congresos. The event started aroun 7pm and ended around 9pm.

At the event we are all very nervous but it was a very nice event with musical acts, speeches from each class and all our families were there.

When the event ended we said good to some teachers an we all went to dinner at La Mafia restaurant and the truth is that we had a great time and had a very good dinner.

After dinner most of us went home because the next day we had a party.

I had a great time in our graduation and it was a very nice experience!

celebrated during september from the day

28 of september to october 4 every year in

honor of Saint Michael, patron saint of the

town.The times I have gone to the festival and the fair I have really enjoyed it! It's so fun because you can go with all your friends and familly since it is allowed for the younger ones to go. The festivity began with a costume parade throughout the town and after that all begins: the lighting✨, the children's activities, the theater🎭, the bullfighting celebrations, the music shows in the municipal booths at the fair, the tribute to our elders,

cultural activities at the Hospital of Santiago, sports events among other things.

As you can see, there are so many thing you can enjoy!

If you have the opportunity to go there ever, please take the chance! I go every year I can unless I'm very stressed with studying...

I guess that you will stay in the center of the town so the best way to get to the fair is on foot or by taxi (don't worry lazy people, it isn't so far away). I don't recommend to go by car because it is difficult to park and after a party it is not advisable to drive, you know.

Corpus Christy is a party celebarted in June where there are booths with different types of music and also attractions for the little kids. It is also very typical to dress up with the traditional flamenco dress.

This year I have really enjoyed spending time with my friends, having fun dancing and singing, etc.

The best way to get there is by metro, but if you do not live in Granada, you could also go with your car, but there is not a lot of place to park.

In this case,every 5 years,the fest is the big and,2024 was the year of this big celebration.And why each 5 years occurred this?

The reason is that the supporter of Alhendín,The Inmaculada Concepción,go out of the church and all the people celebrate a procession in honor of her because is the main character of Alhendín.

While the procession is taking place in the principal square,in another park of Alhendín,they're put attractions,stands of food,children’s games,aquatics activities …and they're concerts at night with many fireworks!

Since I was younger,I went with my family and in occasions,with my friends.This year,I went with my parents,my sister and my grandma to see the procession because this year was the special one,and after that,we stayed in the fair enjoying the day.

Who doesn't like to go to a fair with your family?Next year you would go to this fair?

We went to the fair walking, and after it, we went to the beach to swim and have fun too.

I loved those days and the simple hapiness I felt. It was just abot enjoying the moment, spending time with my friends and feeling good. Looking back, I realize how special was this summer. I spend all the time in the year waiting this epoc.

I love the beach of Almunecar, its a place where I can feel calm and to clear my mind. Even there is not the funfair, and even there are not my friends there, I still love being there. The beach is my favourite place, and I love the sunsets even more.

I love attending weddings, but what I enjoy the most is going with my friends! On June 26th, I went to a family wedding, and it was simply amazing. We gathered at one of my friend's houses to do our makeup and choose our dresses; we had a great time from the very beginning!

Then, we arrived at the wedding, and it was a total party. We ate delicious food, danced like crazy, and met some really fun people. It was definitely a unique experience that I will never forget.

Have you ever been to a wedding? 

For those who don't know, Holy week is the annual christian commemoration of the passion of christ. This year is from Palm Sunday, April 13 to Easter Sunday, April 20. 

I have been enjoying this festivity since I was pretty young, and nowadays I still participate in it. 

I go out in a brotherhood in Córdoba, and this year  I'm going to enjoy getting out of mantilla. 

In addition, I have a dog that doesn't miss any procession, everyone knows him! 

This time of the year is perfect to spend time with all your family and enjoy the street life. I highly recommend it!

I would like to explain one of the best days of my life. I went last 8th of June to saiko's concert with two friends. It was in Los Cármenes, Granada.

We arrived at 5 pm and we entered to the place. We were waiting a lot of time but a Dj put a lot of amazing song while we were waiting.

Then, the concert started and it was incredible. After that I love Saiko much more jajaajajja. I really recomended you this types of festivals.

Now, I want to go to every concert I can. 😊

What is your favourite singer?

We went to bed at six am and the next day, however we were tired we went to walk trought the mountains. Nature and landscapes were beautifull and we saw a lot of things. I stayed two more days apart of the previous three that I have been with my friend's family and he. They are amazing, the day that I came back home i was sad cause it was the end of the experience but i was happy cause I had a great time.

This celebration is traditionally from Andalucia and follows Jesus Christ’s suffering, death, and resurrection in a beautiful and unique way. This is by carrying different sculptures, which we have huge faith on, that represent those stages of his life.

In my case I’m going to tell you about one specifically since I participate there. We have the Lady of the Sorrows, I think you would call it in England or America, but here she is called La Virgen de los Dolores and her day is Holy Monday. 

I can’t talk about this year’s Holy Week (2024) because, sadly, we couldn’t make the outing as it was raining. However, 2023 allowed us to take her out through Granada’s streets and it was a wonderful experience. I had the chance to accompany her and I hope this year I’ll be able to as well.

From what I can say about belonging to a brotherhood, they are incredibly nice, welcoming and the feeling of warmth is amazing. If you were considering becoming part of one, do it because you won’t regret it.

What I personally love about being in my brotherhood is having the chance to be close to Virgen de los Dolores, and if I could I would be part of other brotherhoods as well. 

Even if you don’t participate like me, you can enjoy watching and living this festivity since is astonishingly beautiful and if you are christian there’s no way you won’t love it.

Hello everyone, I’m Zoraida, and I’m going to talk to you about my graduation. It was held on the morning of June 21st at the municipal theater in Churriana de la Vega. Family and friends attended to join us on that very special day, and it was truly emotional to see everyone gathered together. There were speeches from some teachers and classmates who talked about all the fun moments we shared. After that, we headed to the Gondoliere restaurant in Granada to have lunch together, and finally, to end the day, we went to Capriño for a very fun party. It was a very special experience, surrounded by friends and family.

Would you like to have a graduation like that?

Fireworks are launched, and people enjoy music, dancing, and food late into the night.

This night they make bonfires on the beach, the people who go are ussually young people and they spend the whole night there having fun.

I've been listening to it since I was little but until I grew up I didn't realize how beautiful the lyrics really were and what they mean, He tells a little about his story, what he has gone through and suffered and how little by little he has managed to move forward.

In the 2022 and 2024 concerts I had the opportunity to go with my mother and share it with her. The truth is, it was a very nice experience and one that I would repeat a thousand times.

In my opinion, I think that many people should value his work, the lyrics he makes and the respect he has in making music without talking about sex, drugs, abuse, only talking about love, family and respect. THANK´S YOU :)

My friends, my boyfriend and me, met at the door of the lights and we went to some attractions where we had a great time, we knew that getting on them was guaranteed laughter.

Then we went to eat at ca' el pedro a sandwich of loin with cheese and then we returned to the fair about 11:30, my friends and I were taking pictures and then about 12:30 we entered the booth, there we were dancing a lot and also drinking (coke and water obviously, or not). At the end we left at 4 in the morning, everyone went home. The truth is that I had a great time and it is a night to remember.

As we arrived at the beach, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore filled the air. We could already see the beautiful blue water stretching out before us. Excitement buzzed among us as we set up our spot on the sand, laying out our towels and putting on our sunscreen.

We spent the day swimming, playing beach volleyball, and collecting seashells. The water was refreshing, and we laughed as we splashed each other. At lunchtime, we enjoyed a picnic with sandwiches, chips, and refreshing drinks. We shared stories, took lots of pictures, and even tried to build a sandcastle that somewhat resembled a real one!

As the sun began to set, we gathered around a small fire pit we had set up. We roasted marshmallows and made s'mores while sharing our favorite memories from the day. The sky turned beautiful shades of orange and pink, creating the perfect backdrop for our time together.

It was truly a day to remember, filled with laughter, friendship, and the beauty of nature. I’m so grateful for friends who make every adventure special. I can’t wait for our next trip!

After that we went to several tents to drink sprite with purple food coloring, which is a very good recipe! I recommend it to you. Of course after of went to party we ate in pedro's local in the almanjayar Who was a friend of one of us.We spent the whole night chill dancing and having a good time. Later we have to go to my grandma's house because this day I had to wake up at 12 pm to go my house, what ever this night was amazing and of course i repeat al the times i need.I hope to see you at the next fair.
