    Refund Policy
    • Agoda refunds 100% of the stay within 10 days of cancellation.
    • If you reserve during high season, festivals, or fail the cancellation deadline, the hotel may charge a penalty fee and it will be deducted from the refund.
    • Most shorter stays are resolved within 10 days, less any relevant fines. Agoda will email you if your refund takes more than 10 days.
