“I was told last year, high school will be ‘much harder,’ but I feel like it is, ,actually easier in some ways.”  And students shared, “It doesn’t feel too crazy, …just like another school year (like I didn’t really feel a transition, it felt like I’m still in MS, but the expectations are a little more, a little harder, a little higher).

“When I was in grade 8, I thought teachers would be “stricter,” but I actually find them nicer [in the high school, than in the middle school].”

“It’s important to focus on your time management. “
