Pray for Persecuted Missionaries
Pray for missionaries who are suffering persecution for the sake of the Gospel. May they remain steadfast in their faith, unwavering in their obedience to the One who has called them. May the Spirit grant them courage to preach the Good News to every tribe and nation, even in the face of opposition. May they find strength in knowing that Christ, who holds all authority in heaven and on earth, goes before them.

Pray for Their Safety and Favor in the Mission Field
Lift up those who are traveling to and from their mission fields. Pray for divine protection and safe passage. For those serving in campuses, may the Lord grant them favor with teachers, guards, and administrators. For those sent to remote tribes, may the chieftains and locals become their partners in peace. Whatever their field—whether urban or rural, local or global—pray that the Lord shields them from harm. And if trials do come, may the hope of eternity with Christ sustain them, reminding them that this world is not their home.

Pray for Mission Agencies
Pray for mission organizations and agencies around the world. May they remain faithful in raising, training, and sending out missionaries. Pray that they would partner with churches in unity and humility, championing the call of God upon all peoples without prejudice or discrimination—regardless of age, gender, background, or denomination. May they be guided by the Spirit, wise in strategy, and bold in vision, as they mobilize laborers for the harvest.

Pray for Missionary Fundraising and Support
Intercede for missionaries who are raising support for their missions. Ask the Lord to reveal the people He has chosen to send and sustain them. May the Church respond in obedience, seeing giving not as an investment for return, but as a joyful act of obedience and worship. May those who give do so generously, even prodigally, as a reflection of God’s lavish grace. And may this giving bear fruit in the harvest field of the Kingdom.

Pray for Missionaries Who Are Sick or in Crisis
Remember in prayer those who are sick, suffering, or in life-threatening situations. May the Lord bring healing, comfort, and endurance. Pray that even in weakness, they may press on, knowing that their labor in the Lord is not in vain. May the joy of the Lord be their strength, and may they fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith.

Pray for Long-Term Missionaries Battling Discouragement
Pray for missionaries who have been in the field for more than ten years, especially those who feel like their efforts are in vain and fruitless. In moments of weariness and doubt, may they become more deeply aware of God’s quiet, faithful work in them, through them, and around them. May the Spirit remind them that faithfulness is not measured by numbers but by obedience. May they see with spiritual eyes the seeds that have been planted, the lives slowly being transformed, and the glory of God unfolding—often unseen but always sure.
