Not knowing what's appropriate and what's inappropriate to talk and share about. Not wanting to educate or spread information that indigenous groups may not want to share. & no way of knowing if they approve of things because we don't have direct communication or relationships with them

Not a clear communication channel around where we are as an organization on the topic. What we CAN share, what is appropriate to share. There is a desire for more information than it seems we are ready to share. A clear internal outreach plan around Indigenous Solidarity work and how we can approach learning around the topic.

Leadership has not stepped in as much as was desired around Indigenous Solidarity: we at TOIS view all departments as relevant to indigenous solidarity work and want this to be a guiding mentality

+1 to the note about nonhierarchical structure and space where we can share ideas without fear of angering anyone.
