         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a hanging scroll from The Rongxi Studio, by Ni Zan. This was made with ink on paper, with the use of a dry brush technique. This piece of work is made from bottom to top, the mid-ground on the scroll is made to make sense of where the water and flat mountains. This piece has an unfinished look&nbsp;by using a sketch-like appearance. Ni Zan was living a great rich lifestyle when it all came to an end due to taxes by the Mongol government. He had to sell all of his property and everything he treasured. </div>]]></description>
