My word is relieved. They are probably pleased and mostly relieved that they finally get equality and not fake equality(separate but equal). They won't have to make harsh trips to get to their school because there are less African American school. They also will have better education in a better learning environment with the right materials and number of students. They are finally free of discrimination when learning is involved.
