We will use a random number generator to find 15 schools in each borough to survey. After the schools are picked, we will go down and survey all students of the grade. Using a complex computer code, there would be a random student ID generator. They should do this to 100,000 students. Thirdly, the DOE should email a survey to every parent and let them take a survey regarding their children's' needs. The way this will work is that a computer will generate a random ID number of a student, then that student will receive the survey. This sampling method works the best because the answers will come from a more diverse group of students and the only people who will have a say in the menu are the people who actually eat school lunch and know it.
