I have very unique classmates for this course that we have never met throughout the whole duration and yet we share the same mission and vision. Mission to complete our course and vision to be a great educator,
I think the bond that we share will go a long way and we can always support and encourage one another. Certainly the gilrs have so much to discuss and chat about. I will just render them my listening ears.
Wish you all the best and never give up and never lose hope or your temper on the children. God bless us abundantly.
And don't forget to do YOGA......................

What inspired me to learn from other.
We all made mistakes but we are humble human beings., we build and support each other with encouragements and past experience. Hearing other's success is a motivation. We all went through different up and down right at the start of our EC. But we all have one common traits: We love children :)
Encouragement for all:
One more month guys!! I am grateful to cross path with all individuals who shared the same passion and love for children. May you be loved by your children as well as you have loved for them.

1) What inspires me to learn from one another?
- Everybody will face challenges and things hardly go according to plans. But as long as we have a can-do attitude, we will be able to overcome. I was inspired by how everyone pushed through despite difficulties at work or in their personal lives - difficulties they didn't expect or brace themselves for.

1. What inspired me to learn from others? The fact that everyone is so motivated and strong willed through the course and diploma and id always so positive regarding everything.

I realise that we are all learning, and mistakes do happen, circumstances sometimes may not work in our favour, so its important to stay positive, which I found in all of their stories.

2) Note of encouragement:
This is the last stretch of the diploma, so let's push forward and do this! But ultimately this is the start of a journey that we are all passionate about, so let's try and keep that passion in mind to tide us through all of the lows. At the end of the day, we have the most impact on these children's lives, so let's make their childhood a positive, nurturing period of their lives!

1. What inspired me to learn from my peers?
- My peers level of perseverance > they did not give up easily and are brave to face and overcome challenges through this online course.
- Open to feedbacks and not defeated by failures.

- "People are either a blessing or a lesson in our lives" but to me- you guys are both! Thank you for all your sharings and support throughout this 1 yr of DECCE-T. On hard days, never give up! Always remember why you started - for the children and for a better future.

1. What inspire me to learn from others?
When I see that my teacher manage the children in the class well, I felt I can also do it given time as currently I am not so good in class management. When I am given the opportunity to comes up with lesson plan and conduct class at the centre.

Don't give up everyone. Sometime when u felt overwhelmed and exhausted, i truly understand cause i almost give up too but knowing that it is the last lap and we will make it give me a sense of achievement

What inspires you to learn from one another?
- I am very inspired by their constant perseverance to deal with the challenges. When I heard the high and lows from the my friends, it really showed me that all of us have different challenges/experience. I am happy to hear the ways they overcome it. Definitely got some tips from them.

What inspires me to learn from my peers?
Learning from each other from our sharing of our personal experiences. This also helps us to learn from their mistakes and successes that we can use in our own teaching.

What inspires me to learn from others?

Knowing that I am still lacking and that my classmates will be able to help. It is interesting to hear from different point-of-views, there will be that 'eureka' moment, followed by, 'I have never thought of that before!'. I really love our whatsapp discussions where everyone will contribute their thoughts and ideas.

We are still new to this industry, we will get better with experience! Do not feel down just because of our recent Prac 3 feedback, learn from it and do better!!

What inspire me to learn from my peers?
- they came from all sorts of background, some homemakers, some gave up a high paying job and some mid-career switches. But they are all very passionate teachers who are giving their best to the children.

What inspire me to learn from my peers:
The passion that we have despite being from different backgrounds. The different perspective that each of them have help you to look at certain things in different light thus making you a better educator.

The challenges that we share are similar and it is comfort in number knowing that we are in this together (although this means that there must be something happening in the industry if all the problems are similar).
