My name Elena Barquero, I am 20 years old and I am single. I am from Puriscal, but in normal classes I live in Sabanilla. I am studying to be a primary school teacher. Because since I was a little kid I knew that this was my dream. So, I love what I am studying.

I love pets, in the past I had dogs, cats, ducks, rabbits, chickens. But now I only have fish, because I live in San José in an apartment where it is not possible to have pets (only fish in a tank). My fish is an angel literally :)

I love mountain biking, hiking and swimming, and playing computer games.

Well, my major is "Enseñanza de los Estudios Sociales y Civíca", and a like it a lot because a have to read to much and I love to read. I was born and grew up in San Carlos and I really love this place, but actually for my studies I´m living in San Pedro very close to the university, so I walk every day for go to the classes.

My childhood was a stereotypical, because I had a lot of fun, I usually enjoid with my friends and went to the river, or played football in the pitch of the towm. Another thing that I really enjoid when I was I child was watch tv, specially cartoons, one or my favority was "Avatar: the last air bender"(I want to know is someone saw this cartoon).

Well I really want to enjoy this course and obviously learn a lot.

On my expectations for this course is to improve my English, because I consider so important for all career and jobs. Well, about me I love pets and I have three dogs. The first is Hunter, the second is Nick and the third is Emy. Hunter is 4 years old Nick and Emy are 3 years old. I love to play with them.

In my childhood i was born in Alajuela, but i changed house many times, finally, my parents and my, we decided to go to live in Turrialba, its a beautifull place to live, there are many types of animals, mountain, rivers and the people is very nice.

In my little town i have two pets, one cat, his name is Lindo, and one dog, his name is Bruce. Since November last year i have a new pet, is a hedgehog (erizo), his name is Loki, he is grumpy, especially when they wake him up early.

I think my favorite anecdote is one of my favorite days in life, which was going to the concert of my favorite singer: Justin Bieber. I went with my best friend and we dont stop dancing, singing, crying haha

In the future, I would like to work on the topic of migration or childhood, and specialize in neuropsychology. I would also like to have a little house on the beach and children.

I love it the cats, are my favorites animals in the world, I think that people say bad things about their, but it is because the cats are very special and earn their love is complicated. Actually, I don't have cats in my apartment because it is so small, however, since my chillhod I have had cats and in my mother's house there are two cats, and their names are "Luna" and "Neko". 

My predictions of the future are all my classmates and me we will improve our english with the teacher's help (I hope it) and this year will the best.

My major is music teaching. I am from Cartago, and right now I'm working as a babysitter.

My childhood was really something very nice, I played a lot with the neighborhood children, we went out to play on bikes, run, to the playgrounds, and we even went to a river that was near my house. As a child I really liked skating, singing and dancing, and well I also did some pranks that had their consequences but remained in funny anecdotes. I have very nice memories of what it was like to come home from school and sit down to watch my favorite animated series and then have a nap in the afternoon.

My predictions for the future are to be able to have a good English language and learn a lot. I would also like to start working as a music teacher in the near future.
