         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Q: Using the cell as a factory analogy, describe the role of the Golgi Apparatus in cells<br></strong>A: The Golgi Apparatus modifies, sorts, and packages proteins and lipids for storage. It is like the Packaging Department in a factory. <br><strong>Q: What would happen if the Golgi Apparatus does not function properly? <br></strong>A:  If the Golgi is not functioning properly then many other substances would not work properly because the Golgi is supposed to package and transport of materials and that would affect for example sugar monomers would not be able to transform all because of the Golgi Apparatus not functioning or working.</div>]]></description>
