According to the reading material, there are six components in a teaching plan. They are "goals, objetives, materials and equipment,  procedure, assessments, extra classwork".
According to our teacher, teaching plan should also include 
  
·       Prior learning

·       Time and groupings of each stage

·       How you would follow-up this lesson

so I added the above mention three components too
  I added "what has been learned before". I would like to have them work in groups with different group members to have them exchange ideas.


For the main body "steps" part, I added the time and comments for each task.
I removed the "class organization" and change the position of "teaching materials" into this place. I added the "equipment" because I would like to use new education software such as "Kahoot!https://kahoot.it/", "Quizletwww.quizlet.live", "Wordwall" and "socrativehttps://b.socrative.com/login/student/",  so degital devices matters in my lessons.

For me, I have used an app where people can do tandem learning which means two language learners where one person's mother tongue is another person's target language to learn. In this app, language learners can find people from another country who speak the language they are trying to learn and make friends with them. In this way, language learners can also get to know another culture through social activities.


Frustrations while using technology
For some website, in many cases you want to fill in some information or create your own contents. However, you sometimes spend more than 20 or 30 minutes doing it, you are often get time-out and logged out. I would like to make comprehensive use with combination of Quizizz and Kahoot in order to make use of their own advantages and disadvantages. In our group, we designed a matching task of words and meaning concerning "personality" based on the task written in the textbook using "Quizizz". It is our first try in making our own "Quizizz", so I take it as an important step in familiarize us with how to use these new software and have students participant in a engaging way.
In the last part of the lesson of TESOL for adult learners, for the speaking practice, I love the second task, the teacher told us it is called flemming task where students can choose different persons to ask at their will so the teacher don't need to group students.
