I think "Wonder" is a good title because August is one of the wonders and everyone should know that. It relates to the story because acts special, and he is. If I could rename the book it would be Faces because people make faces when they see August. I would also name it Faces because August describes the faces people make at him. One more reason why I think that faces is a good title for Wonder is that if you see the title Faces then you would know that it has something to do with a face. August says, “I know I’m not an ordinary ten-year-old kid. I mean, sure, I do ordinary things. I eat ice cream. I ride my bike. I play ball. I have an Xbox. Stuff like that makes me ordinary. I guess.”(3)

Auggie’s home environment is very humble, and calm. Auggie likes home more than school because it’s more calm. But he learned to like school more and more gradually over the school year.

I did not like the ending because it was a little boring and nothing really exiting happens. If I could change one thing about the ending it would be Auggie throws a party and all his friends came and had a good time. I would add what Auggie did over the summer.
