         <description><![CDATA[<div>    Ism is a suffix used in many english words derived from the Greek "ismos" and the Latin "ismus". When used at the end of a word it signifies a system of beliefs, practice, or movement.&nbsp;<br>   Sexism is the harmful stereotyping, and discrimination against one on the basis of their sex or gender. It can also be a belief that one sex/gender is superior or more valuable compared to the another. This idea is typically experienced by women. </div>]]></description>
