furthermore there are many good things that link in with charter mark and this is that it appeals to all markets and sectors of the public eye however this then has to go back to the government who will over look in what is wrong with it and then try to improve and later have another survey to see any further problems and this will then see what need to be improve again furthermore if it is successful and very good then this will boost morale and motivate staff to uphold a professional manner and keep the service at a high standard and they are disadvantages of this process as well and they are some that could have a concern on the business at hand so if the service on the survey show that the service is poor this will then lower morale the staff and make them not worry about how they walk about and what they do at work furthermore this will then require internal support and this can sometimes not be eligible to the public and could cause problems because you have spent money on done so
