The assessment is designed to create self-awareness among participants about personalities based on preferences, strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with others. It propels towards self-discovery regarding thoughts, behaviors, and ways of communicating. It helps them understand themselves better, keeping in mind various situations that will accelerate their choices of careers, build relations, and bring clarity and confidence in facing any given problems. I found that I was INFP the first time I did this assessment. I was INFP but the second time I was INFJ. It showed me how much I can change within a year or two.

It helped me understand there are only really three different types of learning that go hand in hand. I've also realized that most classes are based on auditory being lectures and visuals being PowerPoints. I've realized that I'm more of a visual and kinesthetic learner. When it comes to auditory, it usually goes from one ear to the other.

It helped me understand how important sleep is, especially with college and work. I was always told that at our age we should be getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep but in reality it was 9-10 hours. As of lately, I've only gotten 5 to 7 hours of sleep but knowing I need more to function correctly wants me to fix my sleep schedule for next semester and during winter break.

It helped me find different ways that I could manage my time better, such as eat the frog, pomodora technique, and Eisenhower technique. It also showed me the difference between time management in high school and college. In college, we are required to learn effective time management skills to complete assignments and study. While in high school, I feel like we kind of just went with the flow and weren't taught how to manage our time.

It showed me that I am more intrinsic; for example, I am motivated to improve my skills and I am motivated by exercising to feel good. It also helped me come up with the topic of my paper and in making my survey for psychology.

It helped me learn ways I could take notes because in high school I would usually just write down the information given to us on the board but that never really helped. I feel like giving each note-taking technique in class has helped me know what works for me.

As well, having a grasp of credit cards because I am currently looking to get one soon but there are a lot of options and having knowledge of what and what to do now helps shorten the list of options
