This photograph represents how nature is battling with human interference and the disruptive relationship between the two.

I find the dry and empty space around the tree portrayed in this photograph a way to represent the contrast of the natural world and man made objects. The tree appears like a human, almost sitting for a portrait, but is stuck in an environement that it doesn't appear to belong in any longer.

I chose this photograph by RaMell Ross because it strongly relates to my keyword “Connection.” The image shows a woman lying on the floor inside a home, with a child outside in the garden, surrounded by natural light and shadows. It inspires me because it captures the emotional bond between people and environment, the connection to home, family, and nature.

This work will help my project by showing how connection can be about family, home, and the spaces we live in, not just about people interacting with each other.

This display has inspired me to extend my project beyond the description of the physical tension (for example, tensegrity), to now include social and ethical tensions as well. For my own practical element, I will strive to create a similar experience of "uncomfortable harmony" through experimenting with materials and forms that are in conceptual opposition. Ultimately, with my final outcome, I will present a piece in which the audience will be asked to play an active role. This display exhibited the power of the created experience, and how to evoke a thoughtful engagement, rather than just present a passive object to view.

The 1st house in the planet was built in Mecca. This is the central secret Mosque for the Muslims around the world.

The Muslims Community who have ability in physically and financially, they must have visit the kabah to performed hajj minimum once in a life time.

The others all mosque in the whole world should be face towards to the kabah.

So, when the Muslims Community daily perform/praying five time Salah/Namaj, their face should be Kabah direction.

Every year in the month of Hajj about 3 million peoples performing their Hajj from the whole world, there are different language, nationality, colour, culture, food, test, but their faith, prayer and perform Hajj is same, is 1.

On the top of the picture, the language is Arabic. It is Quranic language.

The Quran is the last and final holy book to guide mankind from almighty Allah (SWT), revealed to His last and final messenger, Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon Him) 1450 years ago.

Before the Quran, there was another holy books as Jabur, Bible, Taurat.

All the holy books came from the same creator, Allah (SWT), through His previous Messengers, like Prophet Adam, Abraham, Nooha, Moges, Jessas and final and last Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon Him), completed His religion Islam(peace) by the Quran.

This stained-glass window at the V&A Museum makes me think of my keyword, because stained glass wasn't just decorative, but also a way to connect people to stories, religion and community. I also see connection in the way light passes through the glass, connecting the outside world with the interior space. For me this artwork represents how art can connect history, people and evolution.

Why propaganda? Because for many years, Malevich was presented to the world as a Russian artist. Even today, some people still believe this, despite his clear Ukrainian roots.

This is the "Kaaba"/kabah/Baitullah/House of Allah (SWT) for the Mulims Community main mosque.

This photo represent the beauty yet strength of nature, that regardless how many building and things we create in it's way, Nature is constantly adapting and taking back what it's rightfully it's "domain".

I found this as I was walking back home from work, the transport did not work because of strike so I had the "opportunity" to enjoy a long calm walk trough the quiet small neighbourhood of London.

What this inspires for my project is how disruption can be messy and raw. The sculpture makes me think about power, where animals represent instinct or nature and humans represent control or reason. When they are forced together, it breaks what we expect. For me, that means in my own work I want to push contrasts — between chaos and order, between beauty and struggle.

The models of Big Ben, which is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the northern end of the Palace of Westminster in London, England.

For my project, it is an inspiration as it directs me on coming up with different parts/artefacts found in a community to make a whole in a way that connects everyone on a personal level.

Unwrapping stories hidden in the antique clothes🧐

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in Sydney, Australia, by Mark Hawwa. It was inspired by a photo of TV Show Mad Men’s Don Draper astride a classic motorcycle and wearing his finest suit. Mark decided a themed ride would be a great way of connecting niche motorcycle enthusiasts and communities while raising funds to support the men in our lives.

Culture is a lot of different objects(external and internal), meanings, symbols and forms that connected together by common idea or way of life. Nationality is one of the forms of culture.

In my vision this piece of art resembles very much with my keyword because I see the meaning of “family tree” or the “inheritance “ which are first words when I think about Culture. As for me culture is a treasure that gets wealthier as more the years go by.

from the Disney musical Frozen Anna and Elsa’s comedy, Olaf is created as a puppet. He looks like a toy from the nursery, but in the show he is performed and transformed into magic. Olaf comes alive on stage and entertains the audience.

Olaf is nostalgic and reminds me of my daughter childhood as we used to watch together, I most admire the way it has been build up.

It shows love and care between a mother and her child. It feels warm and real.

Connecting to my keyword :

This sculpture shows a strong emotional bond : the love between a mother and her baby.

This photograph inspires my project because it shows how a woman rebuilds herself through experience, responsibility and resilience. In my work, reconstruct is about how women evolve, adapt and grow after important life events, especially motherhood. This image helps me explore the idea of reconstruction as a natural and powerful process of change.
